Saesi (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, due to non-compliance with the aspects outlined below.

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Not applicable. The website meets 100% of the web accessibility criteria.
b. Disproportionate Burden

c. Content Outside the Scope of Applicable Legislation
- Office files in PDF and other formats published before September 20, 2018, may exist that do not fully comply with all accessibility requirements. Efforts have been made to ensure that most of them are accessible.
- Third-party content, such as images, interactive maps, videos, documents, videos, players, etc., may exist that is not developed or controlled by this Unit.
- Pre-recorded files published before September 20, 2018, may exist that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements.
- Parts or the entirety of the website may be created with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, etc.). Due to updates or changes in these systems, some generated or auto-generated content may not fully comply with all accessibility standards.

The method used to prepare the statement was a self-assessment conducted by the company itself.

Optional Content
The current version of this website is dated June 25, 2015, and a review of its accessibility compliance was conducted at that time on that date.
Since then, daily partial reviews are conducted of new or modified web content, including templates, pages, and published documents, are conducted daily to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard, considering the exceptions of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7.
To facilitate accessibility, the following measures, are among adopted others, are adopted:
- Use of alternative text for images.
- Links providing details about the function or destination of hyperlinks.
- Adherence to W3C standards: XHTML 1.0, CSS 3.0, WAI AA.
Compatibility
The website:
- Is designed to comply with current accessibility standards and regulations, meeting priority 2 (AA) checkpoints defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
- Is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
- Is designed for proper display across all resolutions and devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobiles (responsive design).
- Uses HTML5 as the markup language and CSS 3 for style sheets for its design.
Additionally, ongoing continuous auditing and content review are performed to improve facilitate interpretation and enhance navigation on the web portal.
